You can pay securely by bank transfer or credit card. If you need to use another payment method, speak with your Queue-it representative and we'll try our best to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to make the payment process smooth and transparent, ensuring that billing aligns with your internal financial requirements.

No long-term contract is required. We offer flexible options to fit your needs: go with a one-off event for occasional peak traffic moments, choose a package of events for a few predictable seasonal spikes, or get an annual subscription for ongoing, year-round coverage.

For our Enterprise and Pro tiers, there is a one-time implementation fee designed to ensure you get the most from Queue-it right from the start. This includes a dedicated solutions architect who will help map your user journey, guide your integration and configuration, validate your setup before you go live, and support you during the first event. For smaller tiers, there’s no separate implementation fee—you’ll still receive helpful resources and support tools to get started smoothly.
